Some friends, well one friend, Jean Drees, are back from BrightView Health, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center to talk about mental health during pandemic. It's especially important as we enter the holidays which can often be a very grim and morbid time for isolated people.  Some things I ran by Dr. Kang...even as a doctor, how has he dealt with the stress of these times. In his role now, he's a team builder; he has some helpful insight as you spend your workday a screen with others. I've said selfless, thoughtful, responsible, Dr. Kang adds a G word to that array. Also, there's a very specific reason I wanted Dr Kang back from May. He noticed something about my email signature that few do. And when they do they kind of make fun of me. 

A couple years ago a guy on the TFD went massively viral because of a Drake video dance.  I asked about him. I followed him. Good dude! I watch on Facebook...what a husband, lots of cool trips! Then I read an article done by the Blade on Peris. He, like myself though at a much younger age, learned that the P word is MUCH more important the H word when it comes to personal and professional life.  Wow. Also, Alex on his work with Jaden Jefferson, staying busy during the pandemic and buying a house during one as well.  Before we begin with Alex though, the health order closing schools, N'dre regaining his weight and what the hell with the Weeknd. 

N'dre should be OK, and our dogs ravenous eating habits. Thanksgiving here, and in PA, where liquor sales are suspended. Good for this local place for staying open. Safest places in COVID times.
