The Love Alwayz Foundation aims to create healthy eating habits and vanquish food deserts and food instability. Their mission fits nicely with my desire to have a roving, mobile farmer's market.  Let's meet Mark Myers, a Whitmer alum, and former MSU football player, who along with his life are growing their business, Garden of Treatz, at area farmer's markets.

Shelters want to help as much as possible, but sometimes they have barriers in place that prevent the whole family structure from remaining together. Leading Families Home aims to overcome that challenge with who they help, and an overall urgency to end homelessness. I thank Lisa Banks, their Executive Director for visiting so WE can know all about LFH. First, don't leave your packages outside.

With school in Ida mostly wrapped up for Noah, whom I became familiar with a few weeks ago with this Ability Center podcast episode, his Mom was able to bring him down for an intro, visit and podcast.  Noah loves podcasts! And Portal 2, Minecraft, No Man's Sky, Zoup and Olive Garden, his Ability Center companion Stella, and his quest to save up for the Lego Titanic set! It didn't make the podcast but I asked Noah if he knows what a Dyson Sphere is. He looked at me like 'of course, doesn't everyone!?'  NOTE - Noah was understandably a bit nervous and shy so I did some light editing during his pauses. 

Michael Overlie is a canine partnered energy coach, energy healer and author. A researched friend at UT connected us to chat about how dogs are so sensational, and live saving, for mental health. Someone who has become very dear to me, the Metropark's Matt Killam, has dropped by to offer some insight about the grand opening of Glass City Metropark Phase 2 this weekend, and what else is to come as we move closer to the grand completion of what will be the shiniest gem of Northwest Ohio. 

Sorry. There's going to be some pretty heavy, obvious Succession spoilers here.  First, your energy bill may begin to skyrocket tomorrow. Some avenues for help though! I listened to the OFFICIAL Succession podcast yesterday, which featured two BIG cast members, each separately, and their words as I heard them were stark, pointed and quite frightful for me. 

She needs more time, to do totally normal people things, I need LESS time.  First, why or how has Alex hit that time where she doesn't keep up with new music as she once did.  I've been outside of my comfort zone. It wasn't often as rewarding as my therapists would advise. Alex on the Little Mermaid and her very seaworthy seat.  She also got herself a black guy. Woops, black eye.  The wrong statement at the wrong time in Michael's this morning.
