While we eagerly await the launch date for the much-anticipated streaming service, Disney+, our friends over in the Netherlands have already had a chance to preview the service. During this test phase, some surprises have been revealed. Initially, the service was announced to have a relatively small library to start. What viewers have found in the Netherlands is that the catalog is much larger than anticipated. Will this remain for the official launch date on November 12th? Last week we gave you our list of Top 10 Disney movies. This week we go in the opposite direction and give what we are calling our "Not Top 10." Disney has a very rich history when it comes to creating animated and live action classics. Some movies, though, should never have been made. On a special note, Susie is participating in the Star Wars runDisney event in 2020 and is raising money to benefit the American Cancer Society. Susie's father recently passed away after a battle with cancer and is running in the event and raising the support in his memory for cancer research. Let's be honest. The Disney film catalog is pretty extensive. This week on the ImagineEars Disney Podcast, each of us gives our Top 10 Disney movies. Now, some of these are in no way the best Disney films as far as quality is concerned. Each of these, though, have strong connections to our childhood. Some of them may even surprise you!

We dodged a bullet recently in regards to the rumored demise of The Country Bear Jamboree at Magic Kingdom. Disney has responded by claiming those rumors were false, so fans of the bears from Grizzly Hall can breathe a sigh of relief...for now. In this week's episode, we take a look at the History of the Country Bear Jamboree. We discuss it's origins with Walt Disney, it's intended location during its design phase, and the many versions that have entertained audiences around the Disney parks for almost 50 years. We have a very special episode for you this week! Recently, I had the opportunity to spend some time in Hollywood Studios with former Imagineer, McNair Wilson. McNair was heavily involved in the design and creation of some of our favorite things in Hollywood Studios like the streetmosphere characters that you can find roaming the streets in the park. More importantly, he was the designer of one of the most entertaining and beloved attractions in Hollywood Studios...The Tower of Terror. Join us this week as we walk through Hollywood Studios with McNair and learn about the history of the ride and it evolved into what we see today. 

In this week's episode, we take a look at several announcements regarding the Disney World parks plus a recap of the Holywood Studios 30th Aniversary celebration. Several details about the Disney Play Pavilion coming to Epcot surfaced online. The return of the Animation Academy and a brand new interactive Zootopia experience are just a couple of things to look forward to when the pavilion opens before the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. We now have park opening times for Hollywood Studios on August 29th for the grand opening of Galaxy's Edge. Plus, new information on a limited time guest park perk. From September 1st-November 2nd, resort guests can have exclusive access to Hollywood Studios from 6am-9am.
