Today I am sharing my experience of survival guilt. I have endured a lifetime of it in 3 different situations 1. The loss of my sister, 2. The loss of a family friend after ignoring his request for help, 3. The loss of my child. No one should be alone to deal with survival guilt. It should never be shamed upon. Find compassion for yourself or someone else that suffers with this horrible pain.
