Daylight savings, I'm saying what you're thinking.   Also. I've been doing a old/new workout and picked up on some gems about life and work. No safe space Adam Corolla has a new doc out are we getting too "Enlightened"?  Change it's all about change. Journey with me as I enter a new phase. 

This week's episode I am feeling the call for change.   I'm about to see if I can attract other people who are feeling the need for change and what are they doing about it? 

It's been an interesting week, sometimes the best of life and the worst of life happens all at the same time. The past wrapped itself up in a bow in an amazing coincidence and I have been inspired to learn more about men and the way they perceive due to losing another powerful well-respected male friend to suicide.  I recorded a previous version of maybe we have a part to play but unsure I of all people should be discussing this topic then life showed me I should.  Trust, Emotions, Shame, Soothing and how real men can learn from us women on how the fuck to deal with getting the short end of the stick, emotions, rejection, cheating, an interesting subject I hope you discuss further let's blow this shit wide open!  --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/sonja-denyse/message

Inspired by an Instagram post, it got me thinking how much my life has changed over the past decade and since the start of the Millenium.  A few words I hope to inspire you, the thoughts and realizations have re-energized me. Going from running for my life to living my passions. So I wanted to dive in fully about the story of me going out to the show and this woman felt sorry for me but turned out to be a part of the show no one wants!   The state I Iive in has two major cities on the dull list of cities in the USA, no wonder I can't find anything to do lol.  40 is the new 20 when your kid is gone, moms lose themselves while raising kids in a good way, but empty nest syndrome is real.  What is fun for adults anyway?  Third wheel or go out alone? Glad I listened to my gut.  Queens go out when they want.

The Past couple of weeks have been very interesting! The new term situationships, Some say it's the f boy's dream come true, some argue women are are fooling themselves, really? Honey this is nothing new but maybe just maybe after this you'll agree we should embrace this new form of relationships.  Time to do you boo.

I needed some time to process what was going on in my life, so I have been quite the past couple of weeks, change death and taxes the things we are guaranteed in this life. Connecting the dots to this real-life situation I walked into, kids who stole their mom's car and on the way to juve, I some  how was able to help and see the pattern in my own life that was playing out in front of me. Lots of swearing as I recall some moments from my past that were repeating; I bleept some of them and left the rest for seasoning.  I hope you can and cannot relate. 

This past weekend on my mini tour I dj'ed a celebration of life party,  With Pride month just passing This man's life... forced to hide out until he could come out, the syncronicities of our lifes and we never met but we lived in the same places he and my mother attended the same chruch different states, there is something going on here... We are entangled.
