Most business owners lack leverage in their business, meaning that there is a non-existent (or low) multiplier between inputs and outputs. When you sell 30 hours of work, and you have to work for 30 hours, your time multiplier is 1x. In this episode, which I shot in a garden in the south of Portugal (also available on my YouTube channel)  I share my creative process.
