Ex-Somerset bowler Steffan Jones talks to Charlie Taylor about his coaching career since retiring from county cricket. He's worked in the IPL, BBL and with England stars like Stuart Broad, Jofra Archer and Ben Stokes. He says players are not training in the right way for Championship cricket and it's affecting the quality of cricket being played. Also on this podcast, Charlie visits the new cricket facility at Millfield School in Street and Clare Stokes, who's from East Brent and wife of Ben, talks about a new ECB scheme to get children playing cricket which is coming to Somerset in the summer.
