One of the most passionate, energetic photographers I've ever met came by for a chat this morning after his huge night of light painting workshops! Ok it's late on the first night of BFOP 2019 and I got a chance to catch up with one of the organizers Matt Krumins. If you are at BFOP you know who Matt is, so you'll understand how and why this may have gotten a little weird! Well hello team!A slightly different format for this episode. Things have been pretty busy and I haven't had a chance to catch up with another awesome photographer. But I have been thinking for a little while now that I wanted to give you guys a bit off a background into Snap Shots and how I came to decide to start this little project! I hope it give you a bit of a background about me and why I love doing this. I've also had a huge amout of suggestions come in through instagram for other photographers I should have a chat with so I will be going through them nd making contact with some new guests so keep an ear out for the next episodes!I also just want to say thank you to everyone who listens to any of the episodes, I absolutely love having the conversations I have and meeting the people I've been able to meet throught Snap Shots and it means the world to me to get to messages and coments I get about this content. Has has an amazing outlook and thorugh process behind how he does what he does and why he does it.I really enjoyed talking to him and hearing how he goes about his craft. Adrian is a cyclist who suffered a very bad injury on the bike which kind of pushed him towards photography.He has been to some amazing places in his travels around the world and he has this amazing ability to tell a story in his imagery.Check out his work and keep an eye on the Australian Association of Street Photographers for details about their exhibitions!

She photographs horses and their owners and boy does she do an amazing job of it! Louise has a real knack for capturing the connection and the emotion in the relationship between a horse and its owner. Louise is part of the AIPP and was awarded the 2018 VIC AIPP Animal Photographer of the year.

Episode 27 - Karl LudikPhotography runs in Karls Blood, His passion for photography was passed down from his grandmother and his father which Karl has carried into working for Olympus. Karl is the Professional Photography Manager for Olympus. We had a really interesting chat about the history of Olympus, innovation and obviously some of their cameras and also about Karls passion, how he got into photography and what he loves to shoot.I have not been paid in any way from Olympus, Karl is just a great guy and a great photographer I wanted to have a chat with. James is a super fun guy and I had a great time talking about his videography, travel and how to create great travel videos, weddings, emotions, nature, gear, social media, mental health and all sorts of other things. We go off on a few tangents but manage to bring it back to Videography and Photography luckily! James will be an instructor at the up coming Bright Festival of Photography showing us all how to capture awesome video with just our phones so don't forget to jump on and get your tickets, if there are any left!

But we got together on episode 25 to talk about this years Bright Festival of Photography. My guest on episode 16 is Craig Wetjen.Craig is a Master photographer who has well over 30 years experience. Craig has done some amazing things in his career including creating the "Men and their Sheds" project which aims to help raise awareness of mens mental health issues and Craig has taught the art of photography at university level for a long time as well. I had a fantastic chat with Craig, we got off on some random tangents, we spoke about lego, conspiracy theories, Nasa, mental health, illness and of course photography.
