On this week's episode we have a fun and exciting group exercise for you to try out with your significant other or even on your own.  This group exercise was done on "The Skinny Confidential's" Podcast with guest speaker, Mike Bayer, life coach and author of "Best Self" In this group exercise, we discussed who we find ourselves to be by listing 5 qualities when we are at our happiest state and name that state of life. Once you have named your best state, you then have to list 5 qualities you feel when you are at your most negative state and name that persona.
