In this episode we briefly discuss what is a leader.  There is not a universal definition of what makes a leader or what exactly leadership is but there are common themes or qualities.  

Over the past few weeks many people have commented that they either want to move up in their career or move into a new career altogether however, there is always something holding them back.  In this episode, we talk about overcoming obstacles that may be holding you back and put things into perspective about reinventing yourself to achieve what you want.  

In this episode, we discuss taking care of ourselves and some principles about how to look at our personal lives.  We can all get busy and focus on things that don't make us happy or lead to positive outcomes.  However, this does not have to be the case!
