Restless Shores

Shane Randolf is on a mission to discover who the old blind man living in his basement, Milton Roupp, really is. After questioning several Roupp Pharmaceutical employees he confronts Milton with the information he has collected.

Elise Geltz attempts to take stock of her situation and form a plan, she has very limitted success. Dimitri Cassidine telephones her asking very pointed questions, and offering to help her.

Lorna Rios meets with Rhonda Roupp and receives some disturbing news concerning Elise Geltz. Cassandra Davies listening in the hallway see her advantage, then inadvertently passes that information along to Dimitri Cassidine.

Shane Randolf and Missy Ravenswood are at it again with Uriah Roupp serving as referee. Regina Miranda confronts Elise Geltz about the care and feeding of Penelope and all of those lottery tickets.

Elise Geltz turns to the only person she believes can help her out this crisis, Rhonda Roupp. Rhonda confronts and blames Regina Miranda for Elise's dire situation.

Uriah Roupp's suspicions concerning Cassandra Davies moves him to action. Cassandra goes to the bar Distractions and renews her acquaintance with Dimitri Cassidine. Uriah meets with his grandmother Lorna Roupp-Rios warning her about what he has found.

Beverly Randolf must explain the circumstances to her son Shane, who does not receive the information very well. Uriah Roupp drops in to deliver his grandmother's mail and is scolded by Cassandra Davies.

Uriah Roupp must deal with Missy Ravenswood and Shane Randolf both working in the mailroom before he goes to meet Milton Roupp and Beverly Randolf in the Park. Elise Geltz is facing the consequences of last night and the last few weeks.

Milton Roupp has reappeared and is asking his grandson for help. Missy Ravenswood is in trouble, again. Dimitri Cassadine is concerned for Elise Geltz's wellbeing. Unfortunately the convenience store clerk takes Elise Geltz's request taken literally.

Elise Geltz and Dimitri Cassadine have an awkward moment before she heads home. Uriah Roupp and his step-grandmother Rhonda Roupp are found in a comprosing situation by Missy Ravenswood who then takes advantage of it.

We left the memorial services with Beverly Randolf about to stab Lorna Rios. Elise Geltz and Rhonda Roupp leave the memorial together. Beverly Randolf reveals much to her captive Milton Roupp.

Beverly Randolf arrives late to the memorial service for Milton Roupp. The memorial service brings together several conflicting interests. 

Beverly Randolf warns her son Shane away from Milton Roupp. At the urging of Cassandra Davies, Lorna Roupp has some bad news for her grandson Uriah Roupp. Regina Miranda meets with DA Frisco Wagner, but still has plan B in the works.

Elise Geltz gains access to Dimitri Cassadine's apartment. Beverly Randolf gives Milton Roupp a small degree of freedom but raises her son's curiosity. Regina Miranda is disappointed in Elise's small success.  Uriah Roupp is asked for a big favor.

Uriah Roupp asks his younger sister Missy Ravenswood for a favor before going in search of the grieving Rhonda Roupp. Finding Rhonda at the bar Distractions they also run into Elise Geltz the partner of the Miguel Rios' murder suspect Regina Miranda.

Lorna Rios' bid to take over Roupp Pharmaceuticals is interrupted. Regina Miranda has a pre-dawn visit from Elise Geltz. Milton Roupp receives a new accessory from Beverly.

Chief Brody shows up at Elise and Regina's place late at night. Uriah Roupp also receives an unexpected visitor. Milton Roupp gets more bad news about his captor. Lorna Rios is ready to make some top-end changes at Roupp Pharmaceuticals.

Breaking news of a murder outside the bar Distractions. Uriah Roupp tries to console Rhonda Roupp. Lorna Rios asks the psychic Cassandra Davies for a reading. The new owner of Distractions Dimitri Cassadine, may have some evidence.

Having escaped from his jail Governor Milton Roupp wakes to a precarious situation. News reporter Piper Wells delivers some startling breaking news. Regina Miranda goes job hunting.

Season 3 final episode finds Dr. Lily Bello reluctant to give up. Everyone not in jail attending the wedding of Elise Geltz and Regina Miranda. Then after the reception Lorna Rios, Rhonda Roupp, Uriah Roupp, and Miguel Rios going to visit Milton Roupp behind bars.
