Alright, folks, today is the day... 62 years ago, on March 6, 1957 Ghana became the first African Nation to become independent of their Colonizers (United Kingdom)!!! To celebrate, Pep and Miz Fufu provide you with an exclusive Pepper Soup episode! The ladies discuss growing up in Ghanaian families, lack of mental health in the Ghanaian community, trips to Ghana and the unapologetic pride Ghanaians have being Black Stars! With the last day of Black History month quickly approaching, Pep and Miz Fufu take some time to acknowledge the magic of Black people and remind everyone that the innovation, beauty, and culture of Black people should be celebrated all year! Not just in the month of February. The ladies also encourage everyone with ties to the diaspora, to make the pilgrimage to Ghana. 2019 marks the 400-year anniversary of the African slave trade. Tips for white people to celebrate Black History all year round are also included. 

First things first, Black people cannot be racist. Secondly, please get ready to take notes! Pep and Miz Fufu discuss the difference between White people and people who happen to be White. The ladies also share tips on how White people can celebrate Black History Month, with the hopes that these tips will turn into habits. We encourage all White people to look into the mirror, be introspective, evaluate your biases, check your White fragility and acknowledge your privilege!

Men lie, women lie, numbers... do they really matter? Pep and Miz Fufu discuss the double standards when it comes to sex, number of partners and advise that life is best lived, minding your business and making yourself a priority in all your relationships!
