Hebrews 13.17 Common English Bible 17 Rely on your leaders and defer to them, because they watch over your whole being as people who are going to be held responsible for you. They need to be able to do this with pleasure and not with complaints about you, because that wouldn’t help you. Creating a culture of integrity and accountability … generates a respectful, enjoyable and life-giving setting in which to work. Tom Hansen Integrity - the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. the state of being whole and undivided. Accountability. refers to an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one's actions. ... When roles are clear and people are held accountable, work gets done efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, constructive change and learning are possible when accountability is the norm. There are 4 pillars of accountability:

 Ephesians 4:10-12 Amplified Bible (AMP) 10 He who descended is the very same as He who also has ascended high above all the heavens, that He [His presence] might fill all things [that is, the whole universe]). 11 And [His gifts to the church were varied and] He Himself appointed some as apostles [special messengers, representatives], some as prophets [who speak a new message from God to the people], some as evangelists [who spread the good news of salvation], and some as pastors and teachers [to shepherd and guide and instruct], 12 [and He did this] to fully equip and perfect the saints (God’s people) for works of service, to build up the body of Christ [the church];... There is so much misunderstanding regarding the gift of the apostle. This misunderstanding lends to many deceptions, delusions, seductions, manipulations, and just weird stuff. Although by no means comprehensive, I did this teaching to correct some of the mindsets around this gift and it's leadership. Naturally, I don't ex
