Following up our last episode (w/ Brad Dennis) discussing the reality of human trafficking, In this episode we disuss some of the problems with human trafficking and specifically problems with the law. With the federal law being only recently updated (2020) many states are nowhere near where they need to be in order to effectively fight the crime of human trafficking. Our home State of Alaska has serious problems with these crimes and is currently ranked number 1 in the nation for having the most sexual assualt and sex trafficking.     In this episode Stephen and Jacob sit down with Alaska State House Representative Sarah Vance to discuss the major issues Alaska faces with Human Trafficking and other sexual crimes, and the problems with the existing laws. The "Modern Minuteman" has a responsibilty to become educated, pursue training, coordinate with community members, and prepare for threats and situations where their families and communities' may need them. In the reality of the world we live in today there are threats that exist within the very communities' we "prepare" to "protect". Special teams centered around the use of snipers are used to great effect in a variety of situations. These teams can collect intell, perform reconnaissance operations, coordinate fire missions, perform overwatch duties, and can precisely eliminate targets. Sniper Cells can offer valuable overall support with very limited numbers and resources. In this episode we break down how the sniper cell structure and role can be very applicable to the modern minutemen mission and could be a viable option for teams that are smaller with only 2 or 3 members. 

Understanding how and why conventional fighting forces structure platoons, squads, and teams can help when developing an effective group of modern minutemen.
