Onika Richards (who works in Digital Media) stopped by to chat with Aria about life after graduation. We both share our experience working in the media and entertainment industry while having the follow up conversation about defining success.Onika Richards spends her 9-5 working in Digital Media and her 6-11 is spent as a Publicist.
