Introduction
20/02/2019 Duração: 01minWhat’s up everybody! This is the Broccoli & Breakdowns podcast and I’m Tanner. One of my favorite parts of going to local shows, besides hearing some great music of course, is getting the chance to talk with other musicians and hear their stories. But the 15 minutes between sets, blaring noise over the speakers and general bar atmosphere aren’t exactly the best environment for getting a chance to really know someone. If you haven’t been in your local scene very much, you may not realise it, but these musicians have a ton of experience, can offer some amazing advice, and have been in some hilarious situations. These aren’t 16 year old high schoolers who just got their first guitar and decided that they wanted to be rockstars, although they definitely may have started out that way, like me. So that’s why I wanted to start this podcast. To give these artists the opportunity to tell their stories and share their knowledge. And for my own selfish reasons, of course, because I hope to learn and use their advice
