The FBI has recently confirmed that Samuel Little is no considered the most prolific serial killer in United States history. Savannah tells Samuel's life story and details just a few of the many horrific murders Samuel has committed. Samuel's murders span from 1975 all the way to 2005, but wasn't arrested until 2012.
