This week at CMS we continued in our I'm Feeling... series on mental health.  In this week's teaching Jess talked about how internal factors of mental health. In this podcast we are summarizing the main points of the teaching, while giving you some thoughts one things to talk to your student about this week. This week at CMS we started a new series on mental health called I'm Feeling... In this week's teaching Logan introduced the topic, and set the foundation that mental health is important, should be normalized, and that it's biblical. This week at CMS we are having a movie night for students to have some relational time with their groups. As a result, there was no teaching this week. However, we thought this was the perfect opportunity to hear from one of our middle school parents. This week at CMS we are having a worship night. We talk about worship being more than just the songs we sing on Sundays or Wednesdays,  but we wanted to give students practical tools for what that could look like. There will be different stations all around the room for students to worship God in ways that help them connect with Him in a deeper way.
