We must beware that we will only be a part of Christ's kingdom if we turn away from all that we rely on and recognize our desperate need for Him.

Through our faith in Christ Jesus, He will cleanse us of all sin and restore what sin has destroyed

The sovereign authority of Jesus is astonishing, even more so is His willingness to call sinners to be His messengers.

Jesus preached the good news of the kingdom of God and demonstrated it through releasing captives from physical and demonic oppression.

Whether or not we receive or reject Jesus, comes down to how we respond to His Word.

Jesus came to restore God's people to their proper place in fellowship with God by trusting God's Word and thus gaining vicetory where our father Adam failed.

Who is this Jesus? In this passage we'll hear about jesus from three souces, the prophet John, Jesus' family line, and God the Father Himself.

In describing the ministry of John the Baptist we are given a clear picture of what it really means to repent.

Like most teen-agers, the son of Mary and Joseph brings them great distress, although he does so primarily becasue he is so unlike most teen-agers.

God shows His kindness to two members of the faithful remnant, who were looking to God for redemption of God's people, and were able to lay their eyes on Jesus, the answer to their prayers.
