Time capsule for organizers--open! It's a little bit of a rewind week but here's why! I started something a couple of years ago, with someone in our Inspired Organizer® group who was brand new--she had just started her business and I wanted to interview her about taking the leap into organizing. And then almost exactly a year later, I interviewed her again and learned about what the reality of that first year was--what are some things that went great? For the last couple of years, instead of New Year's Resolutions or large scale yearly goals, I have picked a word of the year.
