Ana and Selina have joined me once again in this episode! We discuss how different it is for us going out at our different ages vs how we used to view going out when we were younger. I was so excited to record this episode because my sisters Ana and Selina joined me. I was talking to them about something I had written while thinking about some of the situations I've been through and they agreed it would be a great episode. Being cheated on not always means you did something wrong. Sometimes people just don't give you the opportunity for open communication in a relationship and that leads to the lies and betrayal. On this episode I let you know of the times, yes TIMES, I was cheated on. Let me know if you have any stories that can relate whether you were cheated on or you were the cheater.

This month is mental health month. On this episode we decided to share a very personal story about how Alejandra has dealt with her mental health. If you are having any mental health issues please reach out to someone. We want to encourage everyone to find someone or something who can help them through a difficult time. 

Have you ever felt like you are not pretty? Maybe if only you had something in your life you would be deserving of feeling beautiful? You look yourself in the mirror and don't see the truly amazing beautiful person you are? REMOVE ALL THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS FROM YOUR MIND!! You are BEAUTIFUL! You are DESERVING! You are PRETTY! On this episode we share the some moments when we felt this way and we ask you all to help with a challenge we have started. Please leave your feedback! We really appreciate it!
