so i have found that when people begin with WHY for any goal they want to pursue.. they have a better chance at achieving it.  i wanted to record my own own observations about this and share some stories along the way. i use the example of working out and WHY i choose to commit that to my lifestyle.  in this episode you'll understand a little better the importance of having a strong enough WHY that will pull you through those low points we all experience on the journey.  Thank you all who listen, support and fw my project. after joining in a twitter thread about the secret opportunities an unpaid internship can bring, i felt inspired to speak about the importance of paying your dues and exactly what that means in todays environment. I touch on internships, paid and unpaid. i have noticed many people have an issue with saying no. after thinking about it for a while, i wanted to hit record and share my thoughts about it. i used to say yes to many many many things and noticed the negative effect it had on me. once i began to learn that saying no has tremendous ROI, i started to put more into that power.  i go over - sacrifice - opportunity cost - spreading yourself thin - prioritizing  - focus give it a listen and lmk what ya think! peace  Thank you all who listen, support and fw my project. Something I have been talking to my friends a lot about lately is this mental trap of comparison.
