I define three different levels of help we all provide each other, and while the current focus of leadership coaches is on empathy and kindness, I take this empathetic help a level higher to inspire all of us to be not just empathetic but also generous by going "all out" to make sure people we help reach their goals. As your coach and mentor, I continue to study other coaches and influencers, and in this episode I discuss how I take my unique coaching approach higher and why I want to inspire you to be generous with the help you provide others.

I talk about my background in the pharmaceutical industry as a Director, MSL (Medical Science Liaison), my channel's mission to inspire ourselves to stretch ourselves farther to go all out more often, and to lift others higher.
