Over my 20 odd years in recruitment, I have spoken to many individuals in long term seconded roles and the one bit of advice I always give is to be careful not to be Out of Sight out of Mind. I think in the current WFH situation most of us find ourselves in, there is a real danger of being out of sight, out of mind, so in this episode I share my advice I would have traditionally given to long term secondees.
