Patrice started a real estate and mortgage brokerage her senior year in college. By the time she was 25 years old, it was a 7-figure business and she had a growing platform, sharing as a personal finance expert on major television and radio shows. Due to the housing market crash and recession in 2008, she lost everything that she and her husband had built. With an addiction to achievement yet a heart to serve God and others, she got down on her knees and began a new level of surrender. Patrice shares the journey she has been on with God over the past several years - how God helped her to redefine wealth, and how He restored her as she leaned into Him as her Source and partnered with Him in her work.

She is also a member of our Igniters Mentoring Community.  Teresa never thought she’d be in the food business (she swore it off after experiencing it as a child with her family’s businesses), but in the year of 2020, God spoke to her heart and told her that she needed to break up with achievement and get back to Him.  She slowed down on the consultancy work as He instructed, and from that season birthed a new business in partnership with Him and with her husband that has been a testimony of restoration, grace and favor in so many ways.
