General Shower and Thunderstorm Chances Monday along Central U.S. Cold Front - Shower and thunderstorm coverage Monday will be broadest ahead of and along a cold front stretched from the Great Lakes to the Southern Plains. Isolated instances of flash flooding may develop with heavy thunderstorms. Sunday night into Monday morning, there's an area of cloudiness and thunderstorms persisting over the eastern Caribbean Sea, associated with a tropical wave. The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Erick, located between Mexico and the Hawaiian Islands.    ERICK EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN INTO A HURRICANE BY LATE MONDAY OVER THE OPEN PACIFIC.   Tropical Depression Seven-E has formed  -  A SECOND TROPICAL DEPRESSION IN AS MANY DAYS FORMS OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN.
