In this first part of our interview with Ben Davis, the COO of FairMarket Health we learn about their new approach for cutting the cost of health care by taking insurance company billing procedures out of the picture.  This approach allows for anyone who can afford to pay cash for a procedure or treatment to do so at dramatically reduced rates.  Learn how this new company is shaking up the delivery of health care and reducing costs. 

We continue our interview with Ben Davis the COO of FairMarket Health an entirely new concept that is cutting the cost of health care delivery but directly dealing the doctors providing services, and driving down the cost of procedures, and medical care, but insuring doctors are paid a reduced rate (over what the insurance company would pay) the same day of the procedure.  Customers pay less overall, by working on a cash payment service.  Not for everyone, but an alternative that many patients would like to have access too.

In Episode 20 we talk with Jay Miller, the president of Wichita Baseball 2020, the new Triple A baseball team that will play in Wichita starting in the spring of 2020. We learn more about Jay's background in sports management and opening ball parks in various cities around the United States. We talk about how hard the construction team are working to stay on schedule to deliver the new stadium. We highlight Jay Miller's 39 years in baseball. Jay also answers the question about why the organization decided to establish a Triple A team in Wichita, selling legacy sponsors. Wichita is a baseball town.  We also talk about the new features to be included in the stadium under construction, including some of the ways families will be entertained in addition to the baseball games.  The new stadium will include a number of additional venues for entertainment.
