In this podcast, I would like to share with you how to accelerate mastery. This occurs through a process known as positive reinforcement, which was proposed by a behavioral psychologist by the name of B.F. Skinner. In operant conditioning, positive reinforcement works by presenting a motivating/reinforcing stimulus to a person after the desired behavior is exhibited, making the behavior more likely to happen in the future. Whenever you do something positive, you need to reward yourself for it. When you do, that behavior will repeat itself. That is how to accelerate mastery. Similar to animals, humans respond better to positive versus negative reinforcement. Unfortunately, many people struggle with inner dialogues that take on negative connotations. The constant negative reinforcement that is created by negative self-talk, results in the creation of limiting beliefs. If you want to change a limiting belief into an empowering one, you need to recondition your mind to think high vibrational, positive thoughts.
