Dr. Sheila Robinson founded Diversity Woman Media to help promote diversity and inclusion in corporations and help women of all colors, cultures and backgrounds achieve equality in the workplace. She provides her perspective of how systemic racism holds us back and how we can overcome it with systems that promote diversity and inclusion like the more than 100 corporations she partners with.
