In a league where one player can alter a franchise both on and off the court, getting that one is so important, sometimes losing games is the best method and thus, tanking was born. Jason and Rich discuss their definitions of tanking, how it happens, who participates as well as some discussion on the origins of the NBA draft and the transition from the coin flip to the current draft lottery system.
