One is stars in a new film about the struggles of our undocumented community, and the other is making a national impact telling our community's stories through classic and new media. We first talk to Erica Muñoz, who stars in the film LONG GONE BY by acclaimed filmmaker Andrew Morgan and Untold Films. This film portrays the impossible realities of undocumented Latino immigrants. It is currently playing on HBO. In the second half of the show, We interview Jessica Hoppe, a New York-based writer and social media strategist. Former Lifestyle Editor at StyleCaster, she founded Nueva Yorka. She has been tackling the challenges of alcoholism and recovery during the COVIED19 lockdown, esp. for the Latino community. We are recording remotely and sometime weeks ahead of our air dates. This makes it complicated to address break
