More thoughts on the CDC data about what teenage girls and LGBTQ youth are experiencing in their mental health crisis.  First, whew, looks like Big Dog (one of my names for Diddy) is going to be OK! A famous Toledoan and his wife were on Wheel of Fortune last night.  Happy 15th to Jaden Jefferson. He IS in my inner circle of friends. I was on the news apparently last night, next to the police! But I have some helpful safety info to share with you after that TPD Quality Of Life Meeting.  No one is forcing you to be on social media. Time to review how you use it.   UPDATE. I always forget things! Damnit. Let's ditch self care, mental health hygiene and be more careful how we talk about mental health. It's good that it's so much more prevalent but let's do it responsibly as to not exacerbate the situation!
