I would like you to sit down in the morning or before you retire for bed in the evening, close your eyes and simply imagine what an ideal day would look like for you! Who would you be with? Where would you be? Where would you live? What sorts of activities would you do? How would people treat you and communicate with you? I want you to imagine that the love you feel or desire in your heart has expanded out into your life and touched every relationship and interaction. Feel the love of this vision filling you up.
