1.) What made you choose to go into ministry- God picked me 2.) Have you ever strayed away from the church- Never strayed away from church but was not as active at some point 4.) Do people treat you differently once they know your calling- I do not let my employment know my background in ministry but there has always been a level of respect. 3.) If there was something you could change in ministry, what would it be? I would have changed how to handle people, I would have known how to handle different types of people and choose the correct people to place in ministry. I also know how to separate my personal life from ministry. Have round table discussions where members are able to ask questions to teach the people. church without titles  (bonus) How are you not able to take on someone else demon? it is very important to have a spiritual leader and a strong prayer life (5 A.M. PRAYER). Have to know your calling that this is where God wants you to be.  (bonus) How do you know that you have the right people within
