Zing! With Anabel Prince

Happy Pride! Anabel whips up an easy, cheap, and quick quiche before being joined by Celine, her bff of 11+ years, to discuss all things astrology! (Celine is so smart y'all) They of course end with their current entertainment recommendations.  Anabel's Quiche:  4-6 eggs (depends on how big your pie is)  3/4 cup half & half  1 red bell pepper  1/2 - 1 cup mushrooms  3-5 strips cooked bacon  1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles 1 pie crust, par-baked (a little undercooked) salt + pepper to taste  oil for roasting  Cut pepper and mushrooms into bite sized chunks. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.  Assemble on sheet pan and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Chop bacon into bite sized chunks.
