In this episode I explain why I believe that hard work is not enough. The key is to care about the work you do. The more you care, the more rewarded you’ll feel and people will appreciate you more as well. I use the example of my time working at a liquor store. I understand now why I had such a bad experience, and how different it could’ve been if only I had cared more about the work I was doing.
