Breakout Sessions With Chad Nedland

What a great time to be alive in the world!  With all of the things that are going on all over the globe, I am often asked, "How can you say that?" -or- "What are you so happy about?" Let me explain. Yesterday, I ended up on a call with the tech department of my email service because things we not loading right in my browser. I could not access my follow-up campaigns and I needed to make some very important edits. So here I am asking how "Michelle" is doing. Checking in on how here day was. Smiling while I shared about my day and my kids. Sharing some humorous things my son had said that morning. All in all, just treating her like a person instead of someone who was supposed to make my life better.  I joked with her and said, "I really do apologize for making your morning difficult.
