Our guest today is Josiah Bruny, a Southern Californian, with a lifelong dream of sharing music and art (and the business side) with underprivileged and at-risk children around the world. He started a non-profit called Music Changing Lives in 1998 and it has grown into a phenomenal after school program impacting the lives of many thousands of children. When asked about his success, Josiah says, "There's thousands of people that have molded me into who I am today and I have to give them all the credit. And that's why I'm so appreciative." Successful people create habits that keep them at that level. Josiah says that having a schedule for your priorities and waking up early to power through work while it's quiet are some of his success habits. Also he mentions, "Know when it's time to say no.
