Social work has been at the base of Melissa Krall's calling since 1992. Through her experience, in both the private non-profit and hospital medical settings, she has worked with families with children with special needs providing in home respite care, managing a child abuse prevention education program, providing long-term case management to homeless families and supervising a mobile outreach program that takes legal, medical and social services to the streets to serve families and seniors. Currently, she is serving as CHA’s Director of Population Health Management. How did she get where she is today? "It's good to have a goal if I don't have a goal, I run in circles, fast."
