Councilor Marnie Doyle dropped by . Drama in Ipswich  yesterday when a number of small businesses in Ipswich were left scrambling after being locked out of their premises. Rafter & Rose, Brow & Beaute Boudoir, Elan Hair Co. and lawXO arrived to work on Wednesday morning to find the locks changed and a repossession notice for the building's owner hanging on the door.
