When facing difficult circumstances, remember how the Lord helped and delivered you in the past. Build on the foundation of faith you received. Use the Gifts of the Spirit to strengthen yourself and others. No matter what setbacks or problems we face, we can trust God. Paul trusted the Lord to guard his own soul until Christ's second coming; his confidence was in the faithfulness of God, 'for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.'
