We discuss a number of things that we hear "fat loss expert" say that we feel is not entirely accurate or is actually downright wrong. So, today's episode is about doing a little myth-busting where we discuss things like: Should you detox to lose weight? Is sugar the cause of obesity, rather than carbs in general? Do you need to eliminate all carbs? Should you totally overhaul your lifestyle?
