Today, we return to Oregon to discuss their red wine production. Oregon grows more than 70 different grape varieties, but their name is almost synonymous with Pinot Noir. However, don’t be surprised to see Mencia and Blaufränkisch on the wine list. (just to name a couple)  Listen in as Oregon winemakers discuss Pinot Noir along with some newer and less popular grape varieties they are excited to be working with.
