I had the priviledge of speaking with Dana Prieto who is now the studio manager of this most incredible studio space. Dana has built a long career around her passion of health and wellness. She has worn many hats from Personal Trainer , to General Manager and Director of Operations for industry leaders like Equinox Fitness, Yahoo! Corporate Wellness and YogaWorks. Though she’s currently landed in the most peaceful environment at The Den.
