Once an organization gets executive buy-in for strengths; has its employees take the CliftonStrengths assessment; builds a network of internal Strengths Coaches; and integrates strengths into performance management, then it should look at how strengths can transform its internal learning programs (such as hiring, onboarding and organizational communications, plus aligning employee and manager objectives with strengths) through infusing or integrating CliftonStrengths into them.
