*This meditation is evergreen and can be done for the Full Moon or any other Cosmic event happening. Use the previous episode to check in about what is going on and insert it into this meditation! August 2023 starts and ends with a Full Moon. On August 1st, we have the Aquarius Super Full Moon, and on August 30th, we have the Pisces Super Blue Full Moon. Having two Full Moons in the same calendar month means August will be a time for clearing, and letting go. All that is no longer benefitting us will be up to let go and once we reach the month’s end, we will likely find ourselves feeling lighter. The Full Moon in Aquarius is Tuesday, August 1. Known as the Sturgeon Moon, this moon is also a Super Moon and invites us to move forward towards something new, exciting, different and adventurous. The theme is freedom. We want freedom from being trapped in past emotional fear, regret, disappointment, anger, shame, feeling unworthiness, etc. Use Mindfulness tools to become aware and observe these emotions coming u
