Coming out of a three-week break in which they presumably worked on tactics, got rejuvenated were hoping to start the stretch run off strong, the Sounders instead turned in one of their worst performances of the season, a 2-0 loss at home to Atlanta United.  The first half was especially bad with the Sounders surrendering 70% of possession and getting run off the pitch at times.
