Recently I was in a conversation with an RNT member who asked, “have you ever thought about recording an episode with the parents of the RNT team to see the different ways they balance parenting and fitness?” I thought this was a brilliant idea, and something I’d love to hear about too.    So I brought in different members of the team: Shwetha, Charlie and Ed into the studios, to find out the routines, tricks and strategies of balancing all the books. What’s interesting is each of us have kids of different ages, and each have different personal stories which influence their approach.
