Y.I.E.L.D. Today With Dallin Candland

I had an experience while on my run that helped me see that I probably needed to slow down today. With that thought in mind this episode came and so here we are. I am playing the long game with this and that includes slowing down when I need to.I am picking up the pace with some things (like the YIELD Today YouTube Channel) and slowing down in others.
