Olga’s been a guest on our podcast, before – but she’s recently made moves to fulfill her aims for career and activity or work, and she is currently the Assistant Dean for Organizational Excellence at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and is on the journey to becoming a certified coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, and the International Coaching Federation. Olga helps those in Higher Education and believes that workers in this field may live the life they want while devotedly serving their institutions. She engages with individuals and teams as a coach, mentor, facilitator, advisor, and servant leader to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals while assisting them in finding increased purpose and more joy and fulfillment in their lives.
